Collective Action for Just Finance (CAJF) is excited to announce that we’re hiring a Program Associate to support our growing community. This is a part-time (30 hours/week) remote position with a generous benefits package. Compensation is $30/hour (~$46,800 annually).
Weโre looking for someone who is passionate about economic justice, detail-oriented, and energized by both programmatic and administrative work. This role will support the day-to-day activities of CAJF, including public offerings, member engagement, communications, fundraising, and internal operations. This is an entry-level, remote position with no finance experience necessary. Our business hours are: 7am to 3pm PT, Monday – Thursday. The Program Associate will report to the Ecosystem Director and work closely with our small, collaborative team.
