Collective Action for Just Finance is beginning the search for our next Ecosystem Director!
Our incredible leader, visionary, community builder, and all-around champion, Jen Astone, has poured her heart into building CAJF into the thriving Collective it is today. Her passion, dedication, and commitment to moving money differently have helped shape a community rooted in connection, collaboration, and meaningful change. Jen is planning to shift to a part-time advisory role throughout 2027, and will continue to participate in the network.
While we’ll miss Jen’s leadership, we’re excited to welcome fresh perspectives, new energy, and continued momentum into the Collective.
About the Role
This is a 30 hours/week remote position, with an annual gross pay of $150,000.
This position is open to U.S. residents only. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
